The “Payments” tab will be replaced with “Billing” (note: Payments will remain available during a transition period before being phased out). In general, the current flow will continue to work as before, but you will now gain more flexibility. You will use Tour Basic and Billing to keep booking trips and issuing invoices.

The Billing tab includes:

• An overview of all financial transactions, both for tours and individuals
• Costs
• Invoices and credit notes
• Payments and the ability to link payments to invoices

This means the flow is now complete, allowing you to start creating tailor-made trips or combine package tours with customized options. For example, for travelers who want to stay a few extra days at the destination, or for invoicing add-on services even after the trip. Other updates

Dynamic Pricing – RevAI

Our dynamic pricing module has now been live for nearly a month, and we are already seeing strong results. Based on real-time data, it helps update prices instantly, making offers more attractive for customers while increasing profitability for you as a tour operator. Already, we are seeing a 13% increase in prices.

Online Booking

We continuously develop our online booking module. In September, we released improved support for hotels with images and content. Updates for add-on services will soon follow, helping to boost upselling. This includes both a smoother online booking flow and improvements in the customer portal.

Payment Options

Zaver has been integrated for some time, and we have now released the option to pay either a deposit or the full amount directly in the checkout flow at the time of booking. (IMAGE)

Commission / Agent Portal
