An AI travel agent is a digital assistant that uses artificial intelligence to manage requests, recommend trips, answer questions, and automate communications. Julia understands clients' questions in natural language and provides quick, accurate and personalized answers.Administration module is divided into four tabs: Basic Information, Passenger Type, Task Notification, and Set Required Fields.
- Basic InformationThis tab includes sections for General Information, System Information, Payment Information, and Invoice Information.
- General Information: Enter your organization's address details, including Address, Post code, and City.System Information:
- Upload your company's Logo (seen on the Login page and in the upper section of the Menu bar).Set the Favicon (icon in browser tabs).Customize the Login Background image.Define the Default Tour Image (displayed on the Passenger portal when no specific image is provided).
- Company related information:
Input details like Company Name, Website, Contact Email (displayed in the Passenger portal’s footer section) , Admin Email (default recipient for Booking confirmation email) , and Telephone. Set the Passenger Information Update Deadline (e.g., 15 days before the departure date, passengers can update information from the passenger portal).
Specify Passenger Schedule Mail Send Days (e.g., a reminder email is sent 45 days before the departure date).Default Currency, Admin Portal Domain, Customer Portal Domain, Email Provider, and Accounting Service Provider are locked/non-editable fields set during company creation from the Central portal.Set the VAT Percentage.Insert the Travel Condition Link (displayed as "Travel conditions" in the Passenger portal’s footer).Specify

- Payment information
Define Minimum Booking Fee (%), Second Payment Fee (%), and Residue Payment Fee (%) (auto-calculated and non-editable).Set deadlines for the
First Payment (calculated from the booking date, e.g., 10 days later) , Second Payment (calculated from the departure date, e.g., 60 days before) , Remaining Payment (calculated from the departure date, e.g., 40 days before).Specify Reminder Days (takes multiple values, e.g., 1 & 7 days prior to the deadline) for all payment stages.
- Invoice Information:
Input key financial identifiers: VAT Number, Bank Giro Number, Plus Giro Number, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC.Set the Invoice Payment Days and Late Payment Interest.
