What is Vaylo's flight service?

Vaylo's flight service is an integrated solution for managing both group and individual flight bookings directly in Vaylo. We use Amadeus and Sabre GDS to give you full control, reduced administration and smooth flows.

How does the integration with GDS work?

You can retrieve PNR (Passenger Name Records) directly into Vaylo. You can view tickets, traveler information, itineraries and ticket history, and link these to customers and bookings in your system.

Do we have to have our own agreement with a GDS?

No, it is possible to work through Vaylos flight service even without your own agreement. In that case, the bookings are handled by our travel bookers and uploaded directly into the system.

How does invoicing and payment work?

All flight costs are booked and invoiced directly in Vaylo. You can also take payment via Resemolnet Pay or other payment methods you have activated.

How quickly can we get started?

We can often activate the flight service within a few working days – depending on whether you have your own agreement or work through our booking service.
