New Product Update – Tailor-Made Trips Are Here
We’ve had an intense period behind us and are now heading into a series of launches designed to give you even more flexibility, control, and opportunities in your daily work.
New “Itinerary” Tab – The Foundation for Tailor-Made Trips
Next week, we’re launching a brand-new tab in the system: Itinerary.
In the itinerary, you can add any products such as flights, hotels, rental cars, as well as prices and expected costs for these. This will form the basis of our new workflow for tailor-made trips.
Updated “Tour Basics” Tab
Tour Basics has been updated with two new features:
- Travel type selection – You can now define whether the trip includes a tour or not.
- Customer selection – A customer is now linked in the first step, enabling bookings where the orderer is not part of the trip.
Next Step – “Billing”
The “Payments” tab will be replaced by Billing to handle the new workflow from Itinerary and to enable sales to companies and organizations requiring invoicing.
The Billing tab includes:
- Overview of all financial transactions, both for tours and individuals
- Invoices and credit notes
- Payments with the ability to link payments to invoices
We’ll invite you to joint walkthroughs once everything is thoroughly tested and ready to use.
New Payment Solution: Zaver + Resemolnet Pay
We’ve launched a new integration with Zaver in Resemolnet Pay. This means:
- Installment payments available for travelers
- Direct payments to you as the organizer, even when installment plans are used
- A new checkout enabling, for example, deposits directly at the time of booking
Coming Soon
- In September, we’ll launch our new Dynamic Pricing module, which is currently being tested live.
- Improved support for child pricing and age-based add-ons.
- Our booking widget is continuously evolving – both in usability and design. Soon, it will even be editable directly in the system!
