New product update - tailor-made travel is here

We have had an intense period behind us and are now facing a series of launches that aim to give you even more flexibility, control and opportunities in your daily work.

New "Itinerary" tab - the basis for tailor-made trips

Next week we will launch a new tab in the system: Itinerary

In the itinerary, you can enter optional products such as flights, hotels, rental cars and enter the price and expected cost of these.

It will form the basis of our new tailor-made travel flow.

Updated tab "Tour Basics"

Tours basics is updated with two new features:

Choice of trip type - there is now a choice whether the trip is with or without tour
Customer selection - customer is now linked in the first step to enable bookings where the customer does not participate in the trip

Next step - "Billing"

The "Payments" tab will be replaced by "Billing" to manage the new flow from "itinerary" as well as enable sales to companies and organizations where invoice is required.

The Billing tab includes

Overview of all financial transactions both in turn and individually.
Invoices and credit notes
Payments and the possibility to link payment to invoice

We will invite you to joint briefings once everything is properly tested and ready to go.

New payment solution: Zaver + Resemolnet Pay

We have launched a new integration to Zaver in Resemolnet Pay. This means:

Possibility of partial payment for the traveler
Direct payment to you as the organizer, also in case of partial payment
New checkout that will allow e.g. down payment directly when booking

Upcoming news

We are launching our new dynamic pricing module in September, which we are currently testing live.
We are improving support for child fares and age-appropriate supplements.
Our booking widget is constantly evolving - both in usability and design. Soon it will also be editable directly in the system!
