Vaylo is a Swedish SaaS company with a clear mission - to simplify and streamline the travel industry's administration, sales and payment management through smart AI-driven technology. Our solutions are specially developed for tour operators who want to enhance their customer experience and grow without compromising on profitability. Founded based on our own needs in the travel industry, Vaylo started with the ambition to replace hopeless Excel flows and separate systems.

Since the start, we have grown through external funding and strengthened management and are aiming for European expansion in the coming years.

AI business system for travel companies - A cloud-based platform that brings together bookings, customer records and payments in a user-friendly interface.

It includes automation of processes that otherwise take time and contribute to costs - all with integration to GDS systems such as Sabre and Amadeus and links to accounting tools such as Fortnox, Visma and Hogia.
Vaylo Pay - Our payment solution offers card, Swish, invoice and direct payments with transaction fees from as low as 0.5%, without the need for bank guarantees. All administration is collected on one invoice, with no hidden fees.
